Baked Recipe
My version of the HMR Shake Recipe

¾ cup wheat bran
¾ cup oat bran
1 ½ tsp Cinnamon
1 ½ tsp pumpkin spice
1 12oz. can diet soda (orange or lemon/lime)
4 oz of flavored syrup or 4 additional oz of soda
4 tbsp of Splenda
6 Packets HMR 800 Shakes
1 ½ tsp baking powder
1 ½ tsp baking soda
1 box fat-free sugar-free pudding mix (any flavor)

Directions:

  1. Add oat bran, wheat bran, cinnamon, pumpkin spice in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add 1 can of soda, add syrup (or extra soda), and Splenda.
  3. Stir well and let it sit for 4 minutes.
  4. In a smaller bowl, combine pudding mix, shakes, baking soda, and baking powder.
  5. Combine contents of the small bowl into the larger one. Mix well.
  6. Spray PAM in cupcake pan and scoop muffin mix into each cup. It should fill up most (if not all) of the cup.
  7. Put in a pre-heated 350 degree oven and bake for 20 mins.
  8. Once 20 mins is up, turn off oven and leave cupcakes in the oven for an extra 4 minutes.
  9. This allows the cupcakes to cool slowly and not collapse.
  10. Place individual cupcakes on a cooling rack.
  11. Ziploc and store in fridge or freezer.
